Nimonic 75A - High-Performance Turbine Engine Alloy

Nimonic Alloy 75 is a nickel-chromium alloy with good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. It has simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, and good anti-oxidation, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. Nimonic 75A is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components operating below 800℃ and other high temperature components that require oxidation resistance below 1100℃ but bear little load.Nimonic75 is widely used for sheet metal fabrication in gas turbine engines, industrial furnace components, heat treatment equipment and fittings, and nuclear applications.
