Incoloy 825 (similar grade N08825) is an all-austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy stabilized by titanium. It is a general engineering alloy with copper and molybdenum added. It is resistant to acid and alkali metal corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing environments. The high nickel content of the alloy makes it effective against stress corrosion cracking. It has good corrosion resistance in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acids, and alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solutions. Incoloy 825 is widely used in various industrial fields where the operating temperature does not exceed 550°C. The suitable hot working temperature of Incoloy 825 alloy is 1150-900°C, and the cooling method can be water quenching or rapid air cooling. When hot working, the workpiece can be fed directly into the furnace that is already warm. After the furnace is warm, the holding time of the material is 60 minutes per 100mm thickness. Immediately after holding for the specified time, it is released from the furnace and processed within the specified temperature range. If the temperature of the metal falls below the minimum processing temperature, it should be reheated. It should be annealed in time after hot working to ensure the best corrosion resistance and suitable crystal structure. Supply form and specification
