0Cr23Al5Ti is a metal alloy based on iron (Fe) containing at least 68% iron in 0Cr23Al5Ti. It has a higher maximum operating temperature than nichrome, up to 1400 degrees Celsius, and can withstand fewer heating cycles. The alloy is heat-resistant in an oxidizing atmosphere containing sulfur and sulfur compounds, carbon, hydrogen, and vacuum. It works in contact with high-clay ceramics and is not prone to pitting corrosion. The material is mainly used in the production of high-power high-temperature electric furnaces, roasting and drying furnaces and resistance components.
